Director and Principal, Peter Buchanan CPV AAPI, is a Certified Practicing Valuer often referred to as a Sworn Valuer. Peter is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute. Buchanan and Company commenced operation in 1991.
The aim of this firm is to provide the client with a thorough, accurate and informative valuation report. The firm receives instructions from a range of clients including solicitors, accountants, companies and private individuals. Peter is regularly appointed as a single expert for real estate valuations in family law matters. He has appeared in court and at VCAT as an expert witness.
Over more than 20 years, Peter has focused on Melbourne Metropolitan Real Estate, valuing residential, retail, commercial and industrial properties. A network of experienced residential valuers is also used in outer suburban and semi rural areas.
Peter is a Licensed Estate Agent however this practice does not sell real estate nor act as a sales agent thus providing a totally independent service.
